About Guildfordians Rugby Club

Guildfordians Rugby Club is one of Guildford’s biggest community sports clubs with a history spanning almost 100 years. We are proud to be the only rugby club in Guildford.

Guildfordians’ members range in age from 3 to 83 years because we welcome everybody, regardless of background, ability or level of fitness. A true Guildfordian - woman, man, girl or boy - prizes teamwork, sportsmanship and achievement. While celebrating success, they congratulate and learn from others, win or lose.

If you or your child aspires to be the very best, we will put you on a path to success. If you are a parent with concerns about injury and safeguarding, our highly experienced, DBS-checked coaches and dedicated safeguarding officer are ready to reassure you.

Our early years rugby is non-contact. For adults preferring to avoid the physical nature of traditional rugby, our Walking Rugby and Touch Rugby teams provide enjoyable, non-contact ways to stay active throughout the year. These teams are rapidly expanding as more individuals discover the fun and benefits of these exhilarating forms of rugby.

There is a place for you at Guildfordians, Guildford’s Heart of Rugby in one or more of our many playing sections: minis (aged 3 to 11); youth boys; youth girls; men’s and ladies’ adult full contact; touch rugby; and walkin grugby. Alternatively, you may prefer to be a social member who simply enjoys the friendly atmosphere of a thriving rugby club in a stunning location.
